Breads At Eileens

Made daily, our bread dough is kneaded, proofed and baked into a variety of flavors. We use corn oil rather than butter in many of our breads, making them more available to customers who are lactose intolerant or vegans. Holiday or specialty loaves are marked clearly with ingredients. Upon request (with one day's notice), any of our breads may be made into baguettes or rolls.
