Additionally, we will be happy to work with you to develop a special menu for your event and are most proud to provide a vast array of choices to meet your particular needs. Please call to discuss your event as the menu and rooms can be designed to create the desired atmosphere.

| The largest of the 2nd floor rooms, this room is named for the man who built the house. The Yates Room can accommodate 25 to 35 guests. The Charles Yates Room overlooks Caroline and Charlotte Streets and provides a wonderful view of Olde Towne Fredericksburg. |

| John Glassell was a wealth~ businessman who owned the house In the late 1700’s. Like the Yates Room, the Glassell Room also fronts Caroline Street, providing a view of Olde Towne Fredericksburg. The Glassell Room can accommodate 20 to 25 guests. |

| Presley O’Bannon Room | |
| Presley O'Bannon, a 29 year old Irish-American from Fauquier County, was a Marine lieutenant serving on the USS Argus in 1805. O’Bannon had led the first victory of American land forces on foreign soil at Tripoli. The room, which is named in his honor, is located to the rear of the house. The O’Bannon Room provides a view of Sophia Street and the banks of the Rappahannock River. The Presley O’Bannon Room can accommodate 10 to 20 guests. |

| Ellen "Nell" Herndon Arthur Room | |
| Ellen Herndon Arthur was the wife of President Chester A. Arthur. The Chimneys was young "Nell's" childhood home. Also located to the rear of the house, the "Nell" Arthur Room provides a view of Charlotte Street and access to an outdoor balcony, making it the most popular room in the house. |

All rooms are non-smoking. Groups requiring little or no food may reserve rooms one day in advance. Rooms requiring a buffet set-up must be booked three days in advance. Cancellations on room reservations made less than 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
